  Andria has over a decade of experience in consumer and commercial lending and the subsequent management of debt. With an in-depth understanding of state-specific statutory regulations, she is able to easily navigate the debt arena with a focus on maintaining industry compliance. Andria develops and maintains Lender relationships as a key work concept, including managing large data flows and parsing documentation. Andria is a certified paralegal and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Victoria has worked as a legal assistant and office manager for over 30 years. Her specialty has been in researching, organizing, analyzing, as well as her attention to detail and excellent customer service.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry as Vice President of Business Development, Jamie's experience includes most markets in both, the consumer and commercial industries. He has a strong presence in consumer Bank and Credit Union credit card, loan, specialty financing, fintech, auto, and mortgage markets as well as Commercial finance, loan and lease markets, and other U.S. based credit markets. His additional experience includes buying and selling debt portfolios, contracting and sourcing legal services, creating and implementing BPO and call center solutions.

His strategic approach to debt buying, coupled with his keen analytical abilities, contributed significantly to the company's success in maximizing returns on investment. In addition to his experience with a debt buyer, Jason has also worked with the nation's largest collection agency, where he leveraged his expertise in receivables management to streamline collection processes and optimize recovery efforts. His leadership skills and dedication to achieving results have earned him recognition as a top performer in the industry.
